Sheldon Manufacturing, Inc. was founded in 1970 with the goal of being a worldwide leading manufacturer of constant temperature equipment. Sheldon has been designing and manufacturing equipment for the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, research and production markets ever since.

Our 1997 expansion nearly doubled our manufacturing capacity. We have the ability to operate twenty–four hours per day with our staff of highly skilled and long–term manufacturing personnel.
Sheldon's design team is led by veteran's able to capitalize on 20 years of industry knowledge. The breadth of line and depth of product configuration available in our current portfolio serves as a benchmark for this teams accomplishments and creativity. Each works with independent testing and certification laboratories, including Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. – UL and CUL Canada Standards Association – CSA, European Agencies – CE, and the FDA, to engineer products that conform to world standards.
The foundation of every reliable and durable product produced by Sheldon Manufacturing begins with our specialized metal manufacturing facility. The FMC (Flexible Manufacturing Cell) and Combination Laser–Punch utilize state of the art automation to convert raw materials into component parts twenty–four hours, seven days a week. These modern machines achieve such tight tolerance that welders receive near perfect parts, which virtually eliminates the need for secondary operations, increasing efficiencies and decreasing costs.
Skilled Labor
Our stable, highly skilled work force, many of who are second & third–generation associates take over where the automated machines leave off. They consistently and rigorously test their work because our total quality program rewards efficiency. The people of Sheldon understand the demanding environment our products face. They are committed to delivering the highest quality products and service possible. Even so, every product undergoes a final multi–step quality inspection before shipment and records are kept on every serial number, so each associate can be accountable for their work.
